100% Chardonnay (Niagara, Ed Hugues vineyard)

60% of total volume was fermented in new French and Canadian oak barrel, 40% was fermented in stainless tank then they were blended together after 3 months.

Powerful and concentrated dry wine with a long balanced finish.  Full of grapefruit flavor with hazelnuts and a subtle touch of butterscotch.

Pairs well with white meats roasted chicken, turkey or pork chops.
